GINGER FOX is a seasonal, scratch-made bakery and café in Stratham, NH serving the Seacoast. We’re a micro-bakery doing big things — and because we bake in small batches with what’s freshest, our pastry case and menu change daily. Items can sell out, and availability varies (and that’s the point).
