GINGER FOX is a new elevated hospitality experience created by Jennifer Desrosiers and the Altitude Companies team located at 100 Portsmouth Ave in Stratham, NH, formerly Sweet Dreams Bakery.

In 2015, Jennifer opened her first experiential restaurant - LANEY & LU - in its inaugural location in Exeter, NH. LANEY & LU is a fine fast casual inspired eatery connecting conscious, plant-centric eating with a vibrant lifestyle. LANEY & LU thinks locally, sustainably, mindfully, and boldly so they can offer an exceptional experience for guests and team members alike. It has been recognized both nationally and locally for its excellence in food and operations.

Jennifer and her team are excited to be embarking on a new adventure. Just like LANEY & LU, GINGER FOX will focus on uncompromised quality, commitment to community and sustainable practices. Combining traditional and alternative baking techniques and mindfully sourcing only the best ingredients, the menu will include a full coffee and tea program, croissants, muffins, breads, sweet pastry, cakes, gluten free and vegan options, gourmet sandwiches, salad, soup, and convenient grab ‘n go items.

GINGER FOX is honored and humbled to continue the nearly 35 year legacy of Sweet Dreams Bakery, owned and operated by the Italiano family. As a long time customer of Sweet Dreams, Jennifer is humbled to carry the torch and serve the Stratham community and beyond.
